Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services The Opportunity: We’re seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager to supercharge our product management function. The Senior Product Manager at Ledn, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for developing product strategy and roadmap initiatives based on the business strategy — driving initiatives that improve client experiences, scale internal capabilities, strengthen our competitive positioning and ultimately grow Ledn’s business. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, sales, design, operations, legal, finance, and customer success to define, build, and launch products that deliver real business outcomes. This role is both strategic and hands‑on – ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and loves turning ideas into impactful, measurable results. You will work directly with your engineering counterparts in a pod structure, with your scope including building client‑facing features as well as leading initiatives that scale Ledn’s internal operations through technology. About the Role: Drive Product Strategy : Develop a product strategy and manage a roadmap that delivers Ledn’s business goals, including business cases grounded in data, insights, and customer needs. Own the Product Lifecycle : Lead the entire product process from discovery to delivery, ensuring quality outcomes across multiple engineering pods. Customer & Market Insights : Constantly gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and monitor competitors to develop a strong point of view on where Ledn’s products need to go next. Cross‑Functional Leadership : Work with engineering, design, legal, finance, customer success, and operations to translate strategy into execution. Balance Strategic & Tactical Work : Move seamlessly between shaping high‑level strategy and digging into the details required to launch features on time and with impact. Champion Client Experience : Build products that help clients achieve their financial goals and strengthen Ledn’s position as a leader in transparent, accessible financial solutions. What You Bring to Ledn: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, digital assets, or related industries where compliance, trust, and customer experience intersect. Experience leading multiple engineering teams or pods through full product lifecycles — from discovery to launch and iteration. A proven track record of developing and launching products that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions. Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, comfortable working across engineering, legal, finance, customer success, and operations with the ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated success in developing business cases and product strategies that align with company objectives. A passion for solving complex problems and building products that make financial systems more transparent and accessible. Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and are comfortable with ambiguity — you don’t wait for direction, you create it.
