Role Overview: As a Post Production Engagement Manager within our Workday Post-Production/AMS Services Team, you’ll manage your own PPS/AMS customers (typically 15-20), support team learning, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage financial and legal aspects for each customer, including contracts, renewals, invoicing, and financial data accuracy. Own governance and reporting, aligning with AMS processes and Workday methodology. Partner with Client Directors and maintain meaningful customer relationships. Support and develop consultants, ensuring appropriate staffing and high-quality work. Leverage ServiceNow for project management, managing deliverables and priorities. Utilize Workday PSA for activities like project setup, staffing, forecasting, and invoicing. Proactively add value, manage expectations, and address issues promptly. Ensure administrative tasks such as timely delivery, support ticket management, and data security. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field. Ability to travel as needed. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with HR or Financials software implementation or support. Preferred Qualifications: Workday PM Certification. Experience with end-to-end Workday deployment as Engagement Manager or Consultant. Experience in HR, Finance, or IT organizations. Knowledge of contracts, billing, and forecasting.
