The Retail Customer Growth department plays a critical role in driving the growth of Retail products in the Canadian market. Within Retail Customer Growth, the Customer Engagement team’s focus is on driving customer outreach and engagement. The Manager, Engagement role on the Customer Engagement team will be responsible for leading marketing strategies and the planning and execution of key multi-channel engagement initiatives - collaborating with cross-functional program partners. **Is this role right for you? In this role, you will**: - Leverage data and insights to conceptualize and propose marketing engagement programs (including setting KPIs) that drive results - Contribute to the strategy and design of multi-channel marketing engagement programs - including digital, out of home, print, in-app, owned channels and telephone banking - Lead execution of customer engagement campaigns to support the customer lifecycle - beyond acquisition and early month on book - Leverage data to perform necessary post-campaign analysis - Lead cross-functional team meetings and delivering presentations to executives - Manage key relationships with internal partners and external vendors - Lead and drive a customer-centric culture throughout the team - Create an environment in which their team pursues effective and efficient operations in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
