Quotation Specialist - Amico Clinical Solutions Join Amico Group of Companies as a Quotation Specialist and help deliver accurate and timely product quotes to our customers. Responsibilities Respond to sales/customer queries related to product quotes Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers Coordinate with other departments, particularly Sales Representatives and Project Managers for quotation inquiries Review quotes for errors or missed items Prepare budgetary quotations by CAD drawings for various medical products Maintain quality service by following organization standards Provide supporting documentation for RFP process Other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate Skills And Competencies Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent Efficient time-management skills, prioritizing, organizing, and planning to meet goals and deadlines Self-motivated; able to function independently and as part of a team Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make quick decisions Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information Proficient in Excel and Outlook Experience in Accounting is an asset Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Health Care Provider Industries Medical Equipment Manufacturing Location: Vaughan, Ontario, Canada Salary: CA$60,000.00 – CA$65,000.00 per year For more information, visit our website at #J-18808-Ljbffr
