**Quotations Specialist - Amico Clinical Solutions**
**Richmond Hill, ON**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to Sales/customer queries related to product quotes
- Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers
- Coordinate with other departments, particularly Sales Representatives and Project Managers for quotation inquiries
- Review the quotes for errors or missed items
- Prepares budgetary quotations by CAD drawings for various medical products
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Providing supporting documentation for RFP process
- Other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
- Efficient time management skills including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet goals and deadlines
- Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
- Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; ability to make quick decisions
- Attention to detail; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Proficient in using Excel and Outlook
- Experience in Accounting is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
