Our VMS team is expanding and is seeking a Bilingual (French and English) Recruitment Coordinator / Customer Engagement to support our candidate interactions, onboarding processes, and compliance workflows. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our candidates receive professional, timely, and accurate support throughout the hiring lifecycle. This is a full‑time position with four days in the office and one remote workday. Key Responsibilities Communicate with candidates in both French and English with excellent written and verbal proficiency Provide high-quality customer service and act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries Support candidate onboarding, including documentation collection, employment verification, and compliance forms Ensure all onboarding processes meet internal governance standards and Canadian employment law requirements Maintain accurate candidate records and update statuses within Bullhorn Use AI-driven tools to support communication, follow‑up, and workflow efficiency Partner with recruiters and account managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Escalate compliance or documentation concerns when needed Contribute to a positive, professional, and team‑oriented environment Desired Experience Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written required) 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or professional services Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and Canadian employment standards Experience with Bullhorn or another applicant tracking system (ATS) is an asset Comfort using AI tools to support communication and workflow tasks University degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field) Excellent interpersonal skills: outgoing, friendly, and able to build rapport quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Why Join Robertson? 25 years of market leadership with an exceptional reputation in finance and professional services recruitment.
