VOS MISSIONS :

Revue et préparation de projets

  • Analyse des propositions : Évaluer les propositions de projet et les plans d’exécution convenus avec le client.
  • Préparation des offres : Préparer des propositions en réponse aux appels d’offres.
  • Rapports d’avancement : Collecter, analyser et résumer les informations de projet pour préparer des rapports d’état destinés à la direction et aux parties prenantes.

Gestion de la portée et des exigences

  • Validation des exigences : Valider les besoins des clients, gérer la portée du projet, les échéanciers, les heures de travail et les hypothèses.
  • Définition du projet : Finaliser la portée du projet, la structure de découpage du travail (WBS), le budget, le calendrier et les objectifs.

Gestion d’équipe

  • Assignation des membres : Assigner et gérer les membres de l’équipe projet pour chaque phase, et établir les responsabilités et l’organigramme du projet.
  • Heures et livrables : Définir les heures de travail et les livrables finaux en collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’ingénierie des disciplines.

Planification et exécution

  • Activités d’exécution : Planifier et gérer l’ensemble des activités d’exécution du projet, y compris l’ingénierie, l’approvisionnement et la construction.
  • Plan d’exécution : Élaborer ou mettre à jour le Plan d’Exécution du Projet (PEP) selon les besoins.
  • Calendrier des livrables : Établir le calendrier des livrables du projet et le calendrier global d’exécution avec le contrôle de projet.

Contrôle et conformité

  • Supervision de l’ingénierie et de la conception : Diriger les travaux d’ingénierie et de conception avec l’ingénieur de projet pour respecter le budget et le calendrier établis.
  • Contrôle du projet : Contrôler le plan du projet en examinant la conception, les spécifications et les modifications de calendrier, et recommander des actions correctives.
  • Évaluation des offres : Analyser et examiner les évaluations techniques des soumissions des entrepreneurs et fournisseurs.

Satisfaction des parties prenantes

  • Gestion de l’efficacité de l’équipe : Superviser la productivité de l’équipe et garantir que les livrables répondent aux besoins et à la satisfaction des parties prenantes.
  • Conformité réglementaire : Maintenir la réputation de l’entreprise en respectant toutes les réglementations et lois applicables.


CANDIDAT IDÉAL :

  • Expérience : Minimum de 15 ans dans l’industrie.
  • Formation : Diplôme en génie mécanique.

YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Project Proposal Review: Evaluate project proposals and execution plans as agreed with the client.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals in response to RFP packages.
  • Status Reporting: Gather, analyze, and summarize project information to prepare status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Scope and Requirements: Validate customer requirements, manage project scope, timelines, hours, and assumptions.
  • Project Definition: Finalize project scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), budget, schedule, and objectives.
  • Team Management: Assign and manage project team members for each phase, and establish the project responsibilities and organization chart.
  • Man-Hours and Deliverables: Define final project man-hours and deliverables in collaboration with Discipline Engineering Managers.
  • Execution Planning: Plan and manage overall project execution activities, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Execution Plan: Develop or update the Project Execution Plan (PEP) as required.
  • Deliverables Schedule: Establish the project deliverables schedule and overall execution schedule with project controls.
  • Engineering and Design: Direct engineering and design work with the Project Engineer to meet established budget and schedule.
  • Project Control: Control the project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Bid Evaluation: Analyze and review technical evaluations of contractor/supplier bids.
  • Team Effectiveness: Manage team productivity and ensure outputs meet stakeholder requirements and satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain the company’s reputation by complying with all applicable regulations and laws.


IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the industry.
  • Education: Background in Mechanical Engineering.
