Automha Americas Automation Corp. continues to expand with the addition of a **Project Manager**. Reporting to the COO, the Project Manager will work to ensure our warehouse automation projects are managed and tracked in a timely and accurate manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Review project costings and timelines during the quoting stage of projects. Provide input to where costings could be adjusted and ensure all project costings are in line with the project requirements.
- Review project documents to confirm and define project scope and objectives once projects have been confirmed.
- Predict resources needed to reach goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare budgets based on the size of work and resource requirements.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Manage and review contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are understood, aligned, measurable and clear.
- Monitor project progress against the budget and milestone deadlines and communicate updates consistently to internal and external stakeholders.

- Measure project performance over numerous projects to identify areas for improvement.
- Other related duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years project management work experience in a similar field is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- A college diploma or university degree in a related field preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Project; otherwise, strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft office skills required.
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout North America extensively (and at times, for prolonged periods), this includes having an Ontario drivers’ license and clean drivers abstract, and valid passport.
- Strong people skills - a polite and professional demeanor when working with other companies, as well as consumers and co-workers required.
- A highly resourceful, ‘can-do’ attitude is critical to success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively required.
**General**
- Monday to Friday general business hours 9:00am to 5:00pm
- This is a full-time position
