We are seeking a Director, Technology Delivery to lead engineering execution across a complex ecosystem of platforms, integrations, hardware, and software. This leader will be accountable for how solutions are designed, built, tested, and operated , setting standards for reliability, architecture, and vendor delivery in a highly integrated environment. Key Responsibilities Own the enterprise technology delivery framework, including standards, patterns, and quality gates for digital solutions. Translate product roadmaps into technical delivery blueprints with clear outcomes (availability, performance, security, and cost). Provide oversight of solution architecture and integration, ensuring systems are modular, secure, and scalable. Govern and improve testing, release readiness, change control, and incident management. Champion observability/SRE practices (metrics, logs, traces, SLOs/SLIs, post-incident reviews). Lead technical engagement with third‑party vendors and delivery partners, holding them accountable for quality, timelines, and architecture alignment. Guide the adoption of cloud‑native, API‑first, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices. Define and maintain technical requirements and standards across software and hardware solutions. Partner closely with Product Management, Security, Platforms, and Operations to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs. Strong experience leading multi‑vendor technology delivery with clear accountability and governance. Deep understanding of distributed systems, integrations, APIs/microservices, and cloud‑native architectures. Experience implementing or governing DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices. Demonstrated track record improving reliability, performance, and operational readiness of critical systems. Ability to define and enforce non‑functional requirements (scalability, resilience, performance, security). Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience in mission‑critical, 24/7 environments (e.g., transportation, aviation, telecom, or large enterprise operations). Exposure to both software and hardware delivery (devices, infrastructure, or physical systems). Familiarity with observability stacks and SRE practices. Experience working with privacy and regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries. Soft Skills & Leadership Traits Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused.
