Canada 1Password Full time

Director, Product Management - Unified Access 1Password is growing faster than ever. We've surpassed $400M in ARR and we're continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle, Red Bull Racing and the Utah Mammoth. At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign‑in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market‑leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. The Director of Product Management, Unified Access Management (UAM) will define and drive the strategy that extends 1Password’s leadership in password management into a unified access platform that connects people, devices, and SaaS applications. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success to launch initiatives, unlock revenue, and scale the business. You’ll collaborate with a team of product managers focused on how Admins and IT leaders gain visibility and control through our SaaS Manager/Trelica offering, while expanding our platform to include device trust, SaaS governance, and access automation. This role has a strong outbound product leadership/General Manager component for SaaS Manager — partnering closely with customers, analysts, and go‑to‑market teams to position 1Password as a trusted leader in Unified Access Management for modern enterprises. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years leading enterprise or platform products. Proven success defining and delivering B2B SaaS products for Admin or IT personas in security, identity, or SaaS management domains. Experience operating in a “GM” or business owner capacity within a matrixed org with past record of taking products from zero to multiple millions. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), device trust, and SaaS management platforms. Demonstrated strength in outbound product leadership — storytelling, analyst relations, and positioning complex security solutions for enterprise buyers. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps. Skilled at balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Entrepreneurial mindset, with comfort navigating ambiguity and trying new things. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring product managers and fostering cross‑functional alignment. Bonus: Experience in SaaS management, IT operations, or the broader enterprise SaaS ecosystem, working in a remote‑first & high‑growth environment. What You Can Expect Business ownership & strategy Act as the business owner for SaaS Manager/Trelica (joint responsibility with VP), setting strategy and aligning teams around shared outcomes. Define near‑term priorities and long‑term direction across product and commercial efforts; translate customer insight into clear business direction and measurable KPIs. Identify early‑stage growth opportunities and bring them to life. Cross‑functional leadership Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Growth, and PMM to build and launch effectively; partner with Enablement, Sales, and CS to operationalize new initiatives. Drive clarity, momentum, and accountability without needing formal reporting lines. Use data and feedback loops to iterate and improve. Execution & commercial focus Deliver business results, with a focus on Net New ARR and pipeline growth; balance speed and scalability in go‑to‑market execution. Set a high bar for performance across product and commercial efforts. Influence without authority Guide cross‑functional peers through trust, clarity, and insight; advocate for the customer and the business across every touchpoint. Build deep relationships across teams to accelerate impact. Use data and signal to align stakeholders and shape strategy.
