The Area Manager champions our brand and values, fosters a culture of accountability and development, and inspires excellence across all store teams.Role And ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Talent Development Attract, develop, and retain top talent by building high-performing teams and promoting a positive, engaging, and rewarding work environment. Foster strong team culture through coaching, recognition, and consistent performance management Model professionalism and leadership behaviors aligned with company values. Sales & Customer ExperienceAnalyze store performance and develop SMART action plans that drive results and align with business priorities. Ensure consistent selling behaviors and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through active coaching and store visits. Drive top-line sales through focused execution, talent development, and customer engagement strategies Operational Excellence Ensure flawless execution of all operational activities, company initiatives, and compliance requirements. Maintain compelling visual merchandising and presentation standards, including effective sell-through strategies. Oversee workplace safety, store maintenance, and cleanliness to deliver a safe and productive environment. QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience within the organization, including leadership roles. Proven success managing multiple stores with varying sales volumes. Minimum 1 year of experience leading a high-volume or high-profile store.
