About the Position:
This position is responsible for selling the company's inventory of residential homes to prospective buyers. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, which results in a high level of customer satisfaction and community reputation, while demonstrating respect and professionalism. In addition, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for the leadership and development of the sales associates assigned to their designated community.

- Attend all Sales Meetings for information, direction, continuous improvement of sales strategies and sales team mentorship. Area Sales Managers are responsible for ensuring their team attends each meeting.
- Ensure the company cell phone is answered between 9am and 9pm Monday - Sunday.
- Ensure the Sales Center is opened and operational for all hours as laid out by Bedrock.
- Oversee and engage in the management of, and participation in the sales and marketing process.
- Register all sales center visitors into the Lasso CRM.
- Manage customer opportunities through the Lasso CRM.
- Tour visitors through show homes and spec homes.
- Maintain the safety and security of your teammates, business, and trade and supplier partners and company assets.
- Ensure all Safety protocols are followed, including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, wearing panic buttons at all times, demonstrating spec homes, and working alone protocols.
- Ensure all marketing collateral material is available and up to date.
- Ensure accuracy of one's designated community website's content.
- Assemble marketing packages for designated community.
- Provide on-going customer service to existing clients in the designated community regardless of whether or not one is involved in the sale.
- Complete and document a monthly review regarding customer satisfaction data collected through Avid Questions.
- Accurately complete and deliver all sales documents and monies to Bedrock Homes Limited head office within 24 hours of writing a Purchase Agreement.
- Ensure the exterior and interior of the sales center, show homes and spec homes are kept to Bedrock Homes' standards.
- Highschool or GED certificate required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of new home sales experience.
- Intermediate computer competencies, complimented with customer database management preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of best practices in sales and customer service is required.
- Previous experience in a role demanding greater customer satisfaction and sales target achievement preferred.
- A valid class five (5) driver's license and personal reliable transportation is required.
- Criminal Records Check to the company's satisfaction is required.
- Manual dexterity is required to work with computers and peripherals.
