About the Role The Sales Enablement Coordinator (SEC) is an essential member of the Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Sales Enablement Leader. This role is responsible for supporting Sales through the effective use, adoption, and maintenance of internal systems and tools, including CRM, ERP, and G Suite. The SEC will serve as the primary point of contact for Sales staff regarding CRM inquiries, system support, and reporting needs, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM. In addition, the role supports CRM adoption, internal communications, training coordination, and reporting, providing insights that help drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. This is a cross-functional role aligned under the Value Chain function, focused on both day-to-day sales enablement operations and continuous improvement of sales processes and tools. Key Responsibilities Maintain reporting files, sales team rosters, and vendor/promotion directories Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; develop dashboards and visualizations Assess reporting gaps, determine additional data requirements, and identify trends Provide actionable insights to Sales Leadership for strategy and opportunity identification Ensure version control, consistency, and accuracy across all reports Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and sales tools orientation Manage internal ticketing system and CRM support inquiries Publish internal communications (News to Know, Monthly Bulletin) Maintain Sales Enablement intranet, BI report index, and dashboards Support sales training workshops, events, and user engagement initiatives Collaborate with IT/helpdesk and external CRM support for system improvements Cross-Functional Support Work with Pricing, Product Management, Proposal Lead, and VP of Sales to enable cross-functional initiatives Assist in projects requiring coordination, documentation, and process alignment Ensure consistent processes and communications across teams Other duties as assigned/needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field CRM experience including usage or support and/or supporting adoption initiatives Strong organizational skills with process management and attention to detail Analytical mindset to assess reporting gaps and generate actionable insights Experience working within sales department and/or supporting cross-functional processes/activities Strong reporting and analytics skills, including dashboards, BI tools, and visualization for leadership insights (intermediate Excel and BI reporting skills preferred) Demonstrated capability to support role and process transitions within an organization Capability to support internal communications with consistent messaging while maintaining content accuracy and governance Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting for tools, systems, and processes Excellent communication skills via video calls, email, and collaboration platforms Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative across teams Comfortable leveraging AI tools for efficiency while maintaining material consistency and uniqueness Job Details & What We Offer A people-first company Membership in the Swish family — we treat our employees with integrity and have since 1956 The role Location: On‑Site - Peterborough or Whitby, Ontario Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually Variable compensation: Annual performance bonus eligibility Vacation: Starting at 3 weeks Benefits from Day 1 Company‑paid Extended Health & Dental Care Company contributions to a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Extras that matter Rewards & Recognition program that celebrates great work and meaningful contributions Access to hundreds of employee discounts across home, wellness, travel, fashion, and more Unlimited training and development with an industry‑leading brand to help you grow your career Role Information Newly created role that evolved from an existing vacancy Equal Opportunity Swish is an equal opportunity employer offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement within a growing Canadian organization.
