As a Retail Sales Manager of our Retail Team and working at our, Adelaide Rogers Store, you will be responsible for the sales and daily operations of your store. A day in the life of a Retail Sales Manager:

Leader of staff and operations: Supervise all staff in the store and coordinate work to ensure productive operations at all hours. Responsible for the consistent application of Prime Communications Canada Inc. and Rogers policies and procedures, and staff education on the same. Ensure that all health, safety and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met. Responsible for store cash management based on company policies and procedures. Execute strict inventory control and assists with inventory counts, as required
Creating and enhancing your sales team: Develop and lead a high-performance store team through effective coaching, mentoring and positive modeling. Actively recruit, select and train new team members as required. Commit to a cycle of continual learning about products, services and selling skills and techniques
Dedicated to training, development and growth: The RSM will be required to attend training events throughout the year and will be expected to maintain a specific level of knowledge utilizing Rogers online training modules and in-class courses. Understand and comply with the policies and procedures laid out by the Company. Keep up-to-date with all applicable company and Rogers’ policies and procedures
Sales Expert: Effectively utilize all sales tools and promotion and actively participate in incentives and programs. Increase sales, expand markets, and promote business to meet given goals within provided guidelines. Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine
Service Oriented: Interacts with customers following the guidelines provided through Rogers / Fido programs and standards
Problem Solver: Troubleshoots customer care issues and provides solutions by working with key internal contacts

Posses 2 to 3 years of retail/customer service experience
Be experienced in driving top line sales & services in a commissioned environment
Have exceptional communication skills and coaching abilities with strong performance management skills
Be Tech savvy with high interest in learning and growing within a fast-paced communication retail environment
Possess excellent organizational, administration, and time management skills
