Attendance is expected and fully supported. The Coinbase Business team is building the primary operating account for businesses transacting onchain. We empower companies of all sizes to store, trade, and pay with crypto through a compliant, user-friendly platform. Coinbase Business offers a world class business payments suite, enabling startups and SMBs to adopt stablecoin payments for invoices, payment links and global payouts while staying compliant with accounting and security. We are seeking a foundational Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of core features for Coinbase Business. You will be responsible for building the all-in-one platform that makes it seamless for businesses to manage their crypto finances, defining the future of the onchain economy. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties) Drive the development of key features for the Coinbase Business platform, managing the product lifecycle from discovery and specification to launch and iteration. Manage a prioritized backlog for critical product areas such as business onboarding, payments, and reporting, ensuring your engineering team is focused on the most impactful work. Partner with our business customers to deeply understand their needs and translate their feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners like Risk and Compliance to execute on the product roadmap and deliver a world-class user experience. What we look for in you (ie. job requirements) 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully shipping features for B2B SaaS or FinTech products. Strategic mindset and strong product sense, with the ability to connect your team\'s work to the broader product vision and business goals. A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle. You excel at the tactical parts of the job: writing clear specs, managing a backlog, and driving execution. Good technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineers on complex financial systems. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done. Nice to haves Passion for and deep understanding of crypto and the onchain ecosystem. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
