Our employees are known for their strong technical design skills and being well versed in all phases of land development. What You’ll Do as an Engineer I: Prepare engineering plans and production. Perform design tasks, engineering calculations, solve design problems, and develop knowledge of general design standards and agency requirements for plan preparation. As an Engineer II, you will have all of the above in addition to: Coordinate with architect/agency/client for production and design. Able to independently make engineering judgment and solve design issues. What We’re Looking For: A combination of a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four‑year college or university and civil engineering design experience of at least 1 to 2 years for an Engineer I, 2 to 5 years for an Engineer II. EIT Certification required. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Civil 3D experience preferred. A motivated, curious problem‑solver who works well independently and on a team.
