The Email Marketing Specialist will play a critical role within the MOVATI Athletic Marketing Department by supporting the acquisition and retention of the company’s membership base, with an eye towards enhancing customer lifetime value. We’ve got so much more we want to tell you about, so here it goes : The Role As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will shape and steer our email and SMS marketing efforts. Your mission will be to bring your expertise in CRM systems to craft and launch targeted email and SMS campaigns designed to captivate and convert. Using your acumen to analyze results, you will turn insights into action that guides the CRM strategy. With a deep platform proficiency of the CRM platform, you will become our go-to expert, guiding its use to segment audiences, automate workflows, and extract valuable insights to drive best-in-class performance. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to be an expert in the CRM tool and forge email and SMS strategies that are aligned with our company's overarching goals. As you dive into the data, you’ll track and analyze the performance of your campaigns, uncovering trends and opportunities offering any additional strategies or solutions. In addition, you will ensure that every email aligns with industry regulations, best practices and employer brand standards. Your expertise will drive the success of our email marketing efforts, making a meaningful impact on our acquisition and retention goals. Qualifications University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and CRM tool utilization. Strong knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems and email marketing platforms. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email marketing software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires in-office attendance three days per week.
