The Sales Engineer will provide pre‑sales technical support throughout the full sales cycle, partnering with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver media solutions. Responsibilities : Coordinate solution design with sales, product, and solution providers to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Conduct Proof of Concept evaluations and build strong relationships with partners. Collaborate closely with internal B2B sales teams (Pre‑Sales, Direct and Channel) to align with sales goals and strategies. Deliver technical presentations, training, demos, and product overviews, including deep dives on product features at events such as tradeshows and channel training sessions. Develop and maintain expert‑level knowledge of B2B product and service offerings. Travel frequently to partner/customer facilities, remote sites, industry events, and trade shows as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience. Strong written, verbal, and reading comprehension of technical documents and engineering materials. Ability to make professional business presentations, including complex technical topics, to high‑level audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage large audiences. Proven ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders within solution partner or customer organizations. Collaboration skills and ability to deliver value to the sales organization. Creative problem‑solving with the ability to make spontaneous decisions using past experience and guidance from others.
