A well-established, two site Canadian manufacturing organization with 180+ employees is seeking an accomplished President to lead the next chapter of growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance. This is a critical executive role with full P&L accountability, responsible for overseeing two major production facilities and guiding a diverse team across Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, Purchasing, and Quality. With strong year‑over‑year momentum and significant investment planned, the incoming President will shape and execute a strategic roadmap that elevates efficiency, drives revenue expansion, and enhances customer experience. Reporting directly to the Owner, the President will bring a strong blend of strategic sales leadership and hands‑on operational capability. The mandate includes developing and executing growth‑oriented strategies, optimizing plant performance, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, and strengthening cross‑functional capabilities. The successful candidate will champion continuous improvement, implement best‑in‑class manufacturing and commercial processes, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and service across both locations. This is a highly entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment requiring a decisive and agile leader with experience managing complex, B2B manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has led multi‑line businesses of similar scale, navigated sophisticated customer and vendor relationships, and introduced innovative operational solutions that unlock value. A strong commercial mindset, excellent critical thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into execution are essential. Beyond operational leadership, the next President will play a central role in fostering engagement, building a high‑trust, high‑accountability team, and ensuring alignment around a shared vision for growth. They will work closely with the Owner to drive meaningful transformation, including major CAPEX initiatives, process optimization, and a focus on elevating the organization’s overall performance.
