Job Overview Lee Commercial Real Estate Services is looking for a Broker of Record to work closely with our President and selling team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a brokerage or branch and is familiar with the provincial legislation governing our industry as well as local organizations and boards. Commercial Real Estate experience is a definite asset. We are prepared to train you into the role with an experienced mentor provided you meet the requirements below. This role would suit someone who has wrapped a sales or management career but would like to stay involved in the industry, is interested in a Broker of Record career path and would like to be mentored while learning the role. Hours and salary would be reflective of a part‑time hybrid role. The ability to sell commercial real estate is available and can be factored into compensation. Qualifications Must be a licensed broker in Ontario with the capability to serve as our Broker of Record. A Sales Representative designation will be considered if willing to complete the required education to serve as Broker of Record in Ontario within 2‑3 months (depending on course availability). Must have been actively licensed and registered for at least 24 of the past 36 months. Must be available to attend both in‑person and online sessions hosted by regulatory bodies, organizations and boards. Must be prepared to transfer the existing license to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. Key Responsibilities & Duties Ensure the brokerage complies with the TRESA, FINTRAC, CASL and PIPEDA. Act as FINTRAC officer. Respond to and organize RECO and local board correspondence. Signatory for trust and commission accounts. Additional Responsibilities Author and lead training; regularly track and monitor key metrics that drive company revenue and increase efficiency.
