Overview HR Administrator (Temporary - Immediate Start) Blackburn (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)1 Month Minimum (with potential extension)To start ASAP We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis. This role is ideally suited to someone who can hit the ground running and provide vital support during a particularly busy period. In order to do this, you will need to have proven experience working in a similar HR Admin role. Key Responsibilities Managing a busy HR mailbox and handling frontline employee queries (e.g. holidays, pay, contracts, changes to hours). Preparing and updating contractual documents. Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process. Processing HR system updates Assisting with day-to-day operational HR administration. About You We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be comfortable managing high volumes of queries, detail-oriented with admin, and have experience working with HR systems. This is a temporary requirement for a minimum of 1 month, although there is a possibility of the contract being extended. An hourly rate equivalent to £24,000 - £27,000 per annum. Interested?
