Overview

HR Administrator (Temporary - Immediate Start)
Blackburn (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
1 Month Minimum (with potential extension)

We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis. This role is ideally suited to someone who can hit the ground running and provide vital support during a particularly busy period. In order to do this, you will need to have proven experience working in a similar HR Admin role.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing a busy HR mailbox and handling frontline employee queries (e.g. holidays, pay, contracts, changes to hours).
- Preparing and updating contractual documents.
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Processing HR system updates
- Assisting with day-to-day operational HR administration.

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be comfortable managing high volumes of queries, detail-oriented with admin, and have experience working with HR systems.

This is a temporary requirement for a minimum of 1 month, although there is a possibility of the contract being extended. An hourly rate equivalent to £24,000 - £27,000 per annum.
