Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organization specializing in custom equipment design and build, is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving professional to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving team member, you will support the warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Location: Chester, NS Pay Range: $25-$28 What's the Job? Receive materials from the shipper receiver and update inventory records accurately Organize and store materials for easy identification and access Use computer systems to track inventory items received and issued to production Identify MRO parts to be ordered from requisitions and shortage reports Prepare kits for fabrication and assembly, and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment What's Needed? Previous experience in warehousing practices and computerized inventory control systems Experience in receiving and shipping within a manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Computer proficiency to record and track inventory Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions What's in it for me?
