About the Role

Chester Builders is seeking a reliable, hands-on Job Site Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, can adapt quickly, and enjoys being a key part of bringing high-quality projects to life. You’ll be our “boots on the ground,” ensuring sites are clean, safe, and well-organized, while also supporting communication between trades, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- General site clean-up and detailed cleaning during key project stages
- Install and remove floor/stair protection
- Take photos and catalogue progress on all job sites with Project Management Software
- Assist trades, suppliers, and clients with on-site questions
- Order and track building materials in collaboration with project managers
- Create content for our growing social media presence
- Engage with neighbors in a friendly, professional manner
- Check site security (locks, cameras, chains) and safety equipment (first aid kits, garbage cans, etc.)
- Oversee protection of doors, windows, vanities, cabinets, and other finishes
- Order dumpsters, coordinate toilet servicing, and monitor site waste
- Deliver materials when suppliers cannot
- Track and inventory Chester Builders materials and equipment on each job site
- Pick up and store excess materials in our storage unit
- Support additional site and project needs as the company continues to grow

Requirements

- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving role
- Humble, respectful, and professional in all interactions with trades, suppliers, clients, and neighbors
- Able to work long hours if needed and occasionally perform tasks requiring heavy lifting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology (taking photos, social media content, project management software and camera checks)
