As part of our Canadian Sales organization, this role offers the opportunity to own and shape one of our most strategic customer relationships: Walmart Canada. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who is passionate about winning with customers, driving profitable growth, and building trusted partnerships—both externally and internally. As the day-to-day owner of the Walmart Canada relationship, you’ll be accountable for delivering customer-specific financial targets while advancing Clorox’s portfolio across Cleaning and Burt’s Bees brands.**In this role, you will:*** Drive profitable growth through **AAA strategies** (Assortment, Availability & Activation).* Own **Net Customer Sales, Trade investment, and Shipment Volume (MSC)** targets.* Develop and executing customer business plans aligned with Clorox priorities.* Lead customer negotiations and joint business planning conversations.* Turn data into insights using **POS, Nielsen, Retail Link and internal tools.*** Manage forecasts, trade events and plans through **TPM systems.*** Collaborate cross-functionally with **Sales Planning, Finance, Supply, NRM and Leadership teams.*** Build strong, trusted relationships at multiple levels within Walmart.* Continuously identify opportunities to improve trade efficiency, assortment and merchandising performance.**What we look for:*** 3–5+ years of experience in **CPG sales**, ideally managing large Grocery or Mass accounts.* Walmart account experience (strong asset).* Proven experience owning customer targets and driving results.* Strong understanding of **forecasting, trade spend management and NRM fundamentals.*** Experience working with **syndicated data (Nielsen, POS, Retail Link).*** **University degree in a related field.*** **Advanced level of MS Excel and PowerPoint.*** Confidence influencing customers and internal stakeholders using fact-based insights.* A proactive, self-directed mindset with a passion for winning.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization**Workplace type:****Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
