Job Description The Role Our client is looking for a dedicated relationship builder and organizational powerhouse who can collaborate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders. You will provide support and counsel to the client on initiatives including employee engagement, employee relations, benefits, compensation, learning and development, and recruiting. They are accepting applicants in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities Increase worldwide engagement and nurture a people-first culture Audit and adapt policies and processes to promote an inclusive and equitable employee experience (DEI lens a must) Own decision-making processes for your areas of expertise; lead with your knowledge and people skills Establish and maintain people data and analytics to drive decision-making Support Talent Acquisition in developing an excellent onboarding process for new hires Manage and administer benefits plans and programs, liaising with insurance partners, vendors, and brokers (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding benefits, compensation, and leave administration to effectively manage US employee policies Process employment-related changes and ensure data integrity in all systems, conducting regular audits Definition of Success 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, preferably at a fast-growth startup Interest in developing and nurturing an inclusive virtual culture across time zones Solid understanding of labor legislation, with a willingness to learn as the company grows (currently hiring in 10 US states) Your superpowers Relationship Builder: You love making connections to drive success; you always assume good intent.
