As a Team Lead, People and Performance Operations, you will work closely with the People and Performance Senior Manager, Operations to manage Westland’s People and Performance Service Centre, Operations, and Mergers and Acquisitions integration. The Team Lead is primarily responsible for leading and developing the Service Centre team, establishing and maintaining operational efficiencies, reporting, project management and presenting recommendations for continuous improvement based on Westland’s employee, manager, and new hire experience.

- 5 years of Human Resource experience combined with minimum of 5 years of project management and people leadership experience
- Post-secondary education in business, HR, insurance, or a related field
**Once here, you'll**:
- Manage our P&P tiered service model team, workflows and systems, and continuously seeks to enhance the employee experience.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire People and Performance team members, as well as recruit and foster employee engagement
- Manage M&A project management, delegation of work assignments, and meets business leader timelines
- Continuously seek to develop best practices to create outstanding Mergers and Acquisition experience
- Accountable for project management and delegation of tasks while meeting sensitive deadlines
- Assist People and Performance leadership team with reporting, data management, and ad-hoc projects
- Builds professional working relationships with all P&P team members, M&A integration team, and business leaders
