Overview:


We are seeking a seasoned Paid Media Manager / Ad Operations Manager.


This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our clients' advertising campaigns by optimizing our ad operations, enhancing our strategy development, and driving our digital advertising efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital advertising operations, including omni-channel campaign management, budget monitoring and pacing, tracking implementation, and technical integrations. This person will also be a key client-facing leader, collaborating closely with clients to meet and exceed their goals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Leadership & Strategy:

   - Lead and mentor the digital advertising team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

   - Collaborate with leadership, account managers, and creative teams to align digital advertising strategies with overall client goals.

   - Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into each campaign strategy.

   - Develop and implement an innovative ad operations processes that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

   - Drive the company’s growth trajectory by opening up new services and revenue opportunities where possible.


2. Budget Pacing & Management:

   - Oversee the pacing and management of advertising budgets across all channels, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

   - Implement systems to monitor and adjust budget allocation dynamically to maximize ROI.

   - Regularly audit budget management processes to identify and rectify inefficiencies.


3. Campaign Results Tracking & Reporting:

   - Utilize GA4, Adriel and other analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance across multiple platforms.

   - Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

   - Lead A/B testing strategies to refine and optimize campaign performance.

   - Support account teams when presenting detailed campaign performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.


4. Technical Operations & Integrations:

   - Manage and optimize third-party ad platforms, DSPs, and other advertising technologies.

   - Oversee the integration of lead data from campaigns into client CRMs using Zapier and other automation tools.

   - Ensure all technical integrations are functioning smoothly and data flows are accurate and timely.

   - Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.


5. Client Relations & Communications:

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their digital advertising needs are met.

   - Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure their campaigns are optimized for success.

   - Communicate complex technical details and campaign results in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.


6. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

   - Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure all campaigns exceed industry standards and client expectations.

   - Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising regulations and guidelines, including data privacy laws.

   - Monitor and address any issues related to ad quality, delivery, and performance.


7. Team Development & Knowledge Sharing:

   - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the digital advertising team.

   - Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team to promote innovation and continuous improvement.

   - Lead team meetings and strategy sessions to align on goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in ad operations.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms.

- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and A/B testing strategies.

- Must have Google Ads and Analytics certifications; Meta Blueprint and other advertising certifications are a bonus.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager and tracking implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of DSPs, ad servers, analytics tools (Adriel, Google Analytics, Supermetrics etc.), and CRM integrations (Zapier).

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Good client-facing and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
