We’re looking for a Technical Content Architect who is energized by translating complex technical concepts into accessible, actionable content and excited to build scalable systems that drive product adoption through clear, AI-ready documentation and learning systems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies. Your Impact Transform complex technical capabilities (like AI, automation, and APIs) into clear, contextual, and engaging content for a variety of audiences. Develop structured documentation, onboarding assets, workflow playbooks, and integrated information systems that drive feature adoption and understanding. Architect scalable and machine-readable documentation systems that align with Vendasta’s AI-powered platform and docs-as-code best practices. What You Bring to the Table You’re incredibly curious, self-directed, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. A natural systems thinker and storyteller, you excel at making complex ideas simple—translating intricate technical logic into intuitive, actionable experiences for a variety of audiences. You take initiative, embrace experimentation, and are energized by continuous learning and improvement. A bonus if you bring: 4+ years of experience in technical writing, product enablement, or a similar role within a SaaS environment. Fluency in APIs, automation, and AI systems, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable content. A track record of leading with clarity, collaboration, and adaptability in cross-functional teams. Confidence using Markdown and Git, and comfort working within docs-as-code workflows.
