We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead for a new IoT platform, IPFusion LIVE. As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the overall software development process. You will work closely with the developers, engineers, and architects to design, build, and deliver the platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work to define, design, and develop a solution that meets the needs of the Enterprise IoT market.
- Design and implement a scalable, modular, and resilient solution using cloud technology.
- Conduct code reviews, assess code quality, and mentor team members to improve their software design and coding skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform.
- Full-stack development on the platform as required.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Software Developer.
- Strong knowledge of software development design principles and best practices.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire development teams.

**Preferred Skills and Attributes**:

- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
