Job Description Job Title: Business Analyst – Payments Location: Toronto, ON Department: Payments Reports To: Director – Payments Product Management We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our Payments team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about driving excellence. Develop solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Lead change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities. Handle internal and regulatory reporting. Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors; support the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of vendor solutions. Gather basic market research and competitive intelligence, including pricing, from publicly available information. Define and implement business cases and strategic roadmaps for banking products and services. Design, implement, manage, and enhance a single product or suite of products throughout the product lifecycle. Develop, implement, and monitor key metrics and action plans to optimize financial performance. Continuously improve processes to identify issues and deliver optimal customer experience. Create marketing strategy, including offers and campaigns, and work with Marketing and other partners to execute. Develop and manage product documentation, templates, and requirements to ensure accurate reflection of product and systems functionality. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to create process maps, workflows, and documentation to support business requirements and operational changes. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives for senior leadership. Work independently on a range of complex tasks, including unique situations.
