Our client, Aeromag is currently seeking a candidate to fill a permanent Senior Financial Analyst position. In this key role, the Senior Financial Analyst will analyze and consolidate the financial situation and financial data of the company and its subsidiaries throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.


Main Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end individual and consolidated financial statements in a multi-currency environment;

Collaborate in the preparation of annual and consolidated budgets;

Prepare audit files and answer questions from external auditors and government authorities;

Reconcile several balance sheet and income statement accounts;

Analyze and present monthly operating results based on budget;

Support various special projects and prepare various analyzes at the request of management;

Collaborate in the production of reports measuring budget variances to enable sound management of financial resources;

Prepare interco and adjusting / consolidation entries;

Perform all other tasks of the same nature or of a general nature related to the job, requested or required by his duties.


Required Skills and Certifications

Accounting title (CPA);

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 accounting software;

Professional ethics and great concern for confidentiality;

Demonstrate good overall vision and analytical capacity;

Strong command of MS Office software;

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to interact and influence effectively with people at all levels;

Bilingual in French/English (spoken and written);

Notre client, Aeromag est actuellement à la recherche d'un candidat ou d'une candidate pour combler un poste permanent d’Analyste Financier Senior. Dans ce rôle, l’Analyste Financier Senior analysera et consolidera la situation financière et les données financières de l’entreprise et ses filiales à travers le Canada, les États-Unis et l’Europe.


Responsabilités principales

Préparer des états financiers individuels et consolidés mensuels, trimestriels et de fin d’exercice dans un environnement multi devises ;

Collaborer à la préparation des budgets annuels et consolidés;

Préparer les dossiers d’audit et répondre aux questions des auditeurs externes et des autorités gouvernementales ;

Concilier plusieurs comptes de bilan et de résultats ;

Analyser et présenter les résultats d'exploitation mensuels en fonction du budget;

Appuyer divers projets spéciaux et préparer diverses analyses à la demande de la direction;

Collaborer à la produire des rapports mesurant les écarts budgétaires afin de permettre la bonne gestion des ressources financières;

Préparer les écritures d’interco et de régularisation / consolidation ;

Exécuter toutes autres tâches de même nature ou d'ordre général reliées à l'emploi, demandées ou nécessitées par ses fonctions.


Qualifications et certifications requises

Titre comptable CPA;

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;

Connaissance des logiciels de comptabilité Dynamics 365;

Éthique professionnelle et grand soucis de la confidentialité;

Démontrer une bonne vision d'ensemble et une solide capacité d'analyse ;

Excellente maîtrise des logiciels MS Office;

Fortes habiletés interpersonnelles/leadership et habilités pour interagir et influencer des employés de tous les niveaux ;

Bilinguisme, français/anglais (oral et écrit)
