Analyste Financier Senior - Grande Organisation à But Non Lucratif

Située à Montréal, cette organisation à but non lucratif a un impact social incroyable et opère dans le monde entier. Un CPA est requis. Environnement bilingue, une forte maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout. Pas d'heures supplémentaires, 6 semaines de vacances, 37,5 heures par semaine. Rôle et responsabilités:
-Préparer et analyser les rapports financiers pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques de l'organisation.
-Collaborer avec les équipes financières et opérationnelles pour garantir l'intégrité des données et l'efficacité des rapports financiers.
-Participer à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers.Fournir des analyses ad hoc et des recommandations stratégiques pour améliorer la performance financière.
-Superviser les processus de reporting financier et veiller à la conformité avec les normes comptables.
Qualifications:
-CPA requis.
-Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en reporting financier.
-Excellentes compétences en analyse financière et en modélisation.
-Fortes compétences en communication et en gestion de projet.
-Bilingue (Français et Anglais) avec une forte maîtrise de l'anglais comme atout.
