Job Title: Infrastructure and Network Manager Location: Remote Position Summary The Infrastructure and Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of company's IT infrastructure and network systems. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure components, including servers, storage, cloud environments, and network architecture. This role will lead a team of engineers and collaborates with cross-functional departments to support business operations and strategic initiatives across the 100+ locations in our footprint. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud). Manage virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backup solutions. Ensure system uptime, performance monitoring, and capacity planning. Oversee LAN/WAN architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Lead and mentor infrastructure and network engineers. Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and professional development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce security policies and incident response. Ensure infrastructure aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, HIPAA). Vendor & Budget Management Manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers. Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and maintenance. Lead infrastructure-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), and enterprise networking. Deep technical understanding of Microsoft cloud and on‑premises technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and endpoint management tools. Experience with monitoring tools, automation, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Proven leadership and project management skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus. Preferred Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.
