Diversity and inclusivity focused. What will you do? Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to assist them in their daily operational and admin tasks. Support the recruitment process as per the strategy that has been agreed with the TA Partner. Support on job postings and promotion (creating Job Descriptions). Responsible for initial screening of candidates prior to Hiring Manager review (CV screening, telephone interviews as required). Participate in projects and other tasks as agreed by Talent Acquisition Lead to drive excellence in the TA function. Learn on recruitment strategies, policies and programs that deliver internal and external recruiting results to meet company's strategic need. Able to support end‑to‑end recruitment but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement. Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics. Find and engage unique passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques. Perform other routine HR basic operations support as required and supporting Head of HR. Assist HR head on functions reports and projects. First point of Contact for all employee matters. Able to travel. Hybrid role able to come in to the office when needed. Work with various departments for solution. What will you need to succeed? 2 – 3 years’ experience in recruitment. 2 – years of experience in HR. Candidate with a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administrative, or any related field of studies is preferred. Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork. Good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality and have strong influence and impetus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
