In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business for Zonda’s newest platforms: Builder Listing Services (livabl.com) and Zonda Virtual. You’ll work closely with our VP of Business Development and Builder Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen our presence in local markets. That means building strong relationships with builders, marketers, and developers, and staying active in the housing and land development community. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, self-motivated, and ready to make an impact. What You’ll Do Generate new business and drive revenue selling Zonda’s Builder Listings Services and suite of Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders & developers throughout assigned territory; Develop and execute on a sales plan for the territory Generate face‑to‑face or virtual appointments each week and maintain all meeting & pipeline information in Salesforce.com Generate qualifying leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals Perform in person and web demonstrations for our Listings platform Livabl, and Digital Solutions (virtual tools – interactive site plans, interactive floor plans, 3D renderings and virtual model home tours, and our self‑guided home tours platform uTour) applications As needed, work in conjunction with Zonda Urban representatives to create builder relationships with key sales and marketing members Travel within your territory & industry conventions to close prospects Present listings product and builder solution products at company events or company-sponsored events Who You Are 5+ years of experience in a related digital/data services business development/outside sales role 3+ years’ experience in the new home industry (ie: Sales, Marketing, etc.) General knowledge and understanding of builder digital marketing technologies including CRM, CMS, data feeds, lead integration, and other interactive sales tools Previous experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition Experience and desire to manage the entire sales process which includes prospecting, needs analysis, proposal writing and closing; drive to acquire new business will be key Based in Vancouver, BC Skills Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills Must have an enthusiasm and passion for real estate to help drive sales Ability to close business accounts and face frequent resistance and opposition from key decision makers Ability to proactively look at data and upsell to provide continuous value to builder clients Proficiency using Salesforce.com (or another CRM platform) is required Ability to learn and develop proficiency in new skills quickly Ability to embrace new technology, and strong proficiency with multiple technology platforms (PC, mobile devices, online apps, etc.) Goal‑oriented sales approach; be able to provide a proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual goals Be able to consult with and close business with multiple decision makers Ability to thrive in an environment that is constantly changing and updating in order to be on the leading edge of technology Why People Love Working Here We offer meaningful work and opportunities for career growth Competitive Salary 100% paid by Zonda health benefit package 100% Company paid Life Insurance coverage Paid vacation and general holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Live Meditation Sessions Employee Recognition Platform Virtual Wellness Program 100% Hybrid – and always will be Visionary Leadership Team Paid Volunteer Day Zonda is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
