Located in a prime area, at the beginning of St-Augustin de Desmaures, a few streets from Cap-Rouge.We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time evening auxiliary nurse position.We are looking for someone who will be interested in replacing our care manager who is going on maternity leave around October


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: a 10/14 evening shift
Salary: between $20-25 per hour + bonus to be discussed for replacement RSS


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
  • Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
  • Respond to all emergency situations

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
  • PDSB training
  • Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
  • Member of the OIIAQ
