Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process, setting the tone and expectations for the engagement. Clients partner with dedicated Solution Architects who possess industry knowledge and solutioning expertise, especially during NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and reconstructions. This role requires active listening, empathy, explanation, influence, negotiation, understanding client needs, and providing advice to deliver optimal technology solutions. The Role You Will Play Provide leadership in scoping, gauging, and delivering large-scale NetSuite projects. Forecast project management and delivery scope to ensure a successful client experience. Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, solution approaches, requirements, and specifications, and present them to clients. Participate in business development activities such as pre-sales meetings, demos, and calls with potential clients, collaborating with Myers-Holum teams and client stakeholders. Support project planning, manage expectations, maintain timelines, and meet deliverable goals. Lead the creation of business proposals, respond to RFPs, and develop SOWs based on project scope. Collaborate internally and externally to leverage best practices, products, and capabilities for client solutions. This role may include travel up to 75% and occasional flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines. Profile for Success 4-5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience. Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite. Full lifecycle implementation experience with proven presentation skills. Project management experience, including designing project plans. Deep understanding of NetSuite and the pre-sales process. This role may include travel up to 50% and flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.
