Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is critical in identifying and developing new accounts to drive company growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Senior Sales Executive will represent Horn IT Solutions to prospects, delivering solutions to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

·        Leverage existing relationships with business owners and c-level executives throughout Ontario and its surrounding area to drive growth

·        Actively seek out and prospect new client accounts to generate sales opportunities.

·        Utilize CRM and other lead-generating tools for client prospecting.

·        Conduct daily lead-generating activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.

·        Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to drive continuous opportunities, reporting sales activities weekly.

·        Participate in company events related to sales and new business acquisition.

·        Understand prospects' business needs to develop tailored proposals and presentations.

·        Be able to follow a defined sales process.

·        Engage in additional sales activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

·        Must be local to the Greater Toronto area to develop a sales territory.

·        Self-motivated with a “hunting” sales approach.

·        At least five years of B2B sales experience, preference for technology sales.

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proven track record of proven sales success, achieving success within a data / metric driven system.

·        Experience presenting to business owners.

·        Strong professional Discovery skills.

·        Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
