Key Responsibilities: Manage driver hiring and compliance processes Provide direction and support to location trainers Investigate accidents, incidents, and workplace injuries; determine cause and corrective actions Prepare and submit compliance documentation, maintain records, and update systems Deliver training and coaching to drivers and attendants on passenger management and safety practices Conduct driver road checks and performance evaluations Supervise employees responsible for safety, driver hiring, and training Generate reports and analyze safety trends to recommend improvements Qualifications: 2‑3 years of experience in transportation or health and safety High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education in safety or transportation is an asset) Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations and applicable federal standards Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable vehicle for travel within the service area Consistent attendance and punctuality We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
