You will handle complex repairs while mentoring junior techs and helping us bridge the gap between field operations and office workflow. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and repairing fan coils and heat pumps (vertical/horizontal) within high-rise environments. Leadership & Mentorship: Providing technical support and on-site training to our junior technicians to help them level up. Customer Excellence: Representing Sychem in clients' homes with a professional demeanor, educating residents on their systems, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. Process Improvement: Working directly with management to improve shop-to-office workflows and developing internal training programs. Full-Spectrum Service: Performing installs, general maintenance (filters/belts), and documentation via digital work orders. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience). What You Bring to the Team We are looking for a "proactive professional"-someone who sees a problem and fixes it before being asked. Experience: 5+ years of specialized experience in Condominium HVAC (Fan Coils & Heat Pumps). Licensing: 313D or 313A Refrigeration License, G2 Gas License, and ODP Certification. Technical Savvy: Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to read complex schematics. Communication: Excellent English skills (written/oral) and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical residents. Reliability: A clean Class G Driver's license and a commitment to safety. Tools: Your own basic hand tools (specialty equipment and truck provided).
