Hvacr Technicians

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone out of school with a G or G2 looking to gain hands-on experience and knowledge by working closely with a helper/lead installer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete HVAC installations and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
- Physically capable of performing all work required of the position, including occasional lifting of 15 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather within environments that can be dusty and/or slippery.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (i.e., Electronics/ electricity).
- Punctual and dependable.
- Willing to wear company-provided uniforms.
- Maintain company vehicle to neat, clean, and safe standards.

Once we have full confidence in your abilities in the HVAC field, you will then be moving on to:

- Perform equipment repair and maintenance on air conditioning systems
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units
- Repair and replace faulty components in air conditioning systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Pay: $19.00-$31.90 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HVAC: 1 year (preferred)
