We are looking for a Junior Corporate Finance Consultant to support our expanding financial advisory team and help businesses navigate funding opportunities. Role Overview As a Junior Corporate Finance Consultant , you will assist in preparing financial models, business plans, and funding applications. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and financial institutions to analyze financial data, develop reports, and support businesses in securing financing. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping businesses grow. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Modeling (40%) Assist in developing financial models, projections, and cash flow analyses for client funding applications. Support due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing financial data. Research and assess financing options, including grants, loans, and investor funding. Prepare financial summaries and reports for internal and client use. Funding & Business Strategy Support (40%) Assist in drafting business plans and financial documents for funding applications. Work with senior consultants to structure financing solutions for SMEs. Communicate with clients to gather financial and operational data. Support the preparation of pitch decks and investor presentations. Client & Compliance Support (20%) Maintain financial records and documentation for grant and loan applications. Track funding application statuses and follow up with clients and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with funding requirements and client reporting obligations. Conduct research on new financing opportunities and industry trends. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, consulting, or a related field (internships or co-op experience included). Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Knowledge of financial statements and business valuation principles. Experience with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
