Our client is a well-established, mid-size Toronto-based firm, where you are more than just a number and would be involved in a wide range of client work, including audit, financial statement preparation and tax compliance. They are looking to hire a Manager Assurance who can lead and mentor teams, work directly with clients on matters related to their audit engagements. The ideal candidate will have approximately 4–6 years of experience in Public Accounting, ideally with experience in IFRS accounting. The role is based in north Toronto and the company employs a hybrid work model (in-office Tuesday through Thursday). Compensation is competitive, with good work/life balance and the opportunity to be mentored towards partnership.
