Translate complex technical and organizational changes into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences. Collaborate with change leads, project managers, and executive sponsors to ensure consistent messaging. Create and manage communication materials including newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and intranet content. Facilitate stakeholder engagement through targeted campaigns, workshops, and feedback loops. Ensure all communications meet Government of Canada accessibility and bilingual standards. Support training and onboarding efforts with tailored communication plans. Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and analytics. Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or security requirements in government projects. General Requirements Must reside in the Gatineau area in Quebec. Hybrid work arrangement — onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to quality and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
