Your Role As the Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll : Lead and inspire a team to deliver seamless service and unforgettable experiences. Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and structure. Address guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and quick resolution. Monitor and enhance team performance, offering coaching and support where needed. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the full‑service restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and energize a team. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities. A positive, high‑energy attitude that fosters a fun and dynamic workplace. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
