Business Analyst (Bilingual FR/EN) BGIS is a leading provider of customized facility management and real estate services. Summary The Business Analyst role will lead and support the identification and development of Innovation Scenarios for the Account in direct support of all lines of business across the Client Account. This role focuses on continuous improvement of key business processes, systems and tool implementation. Key Duties & Responsibilities Generate and compile data from multiple sources using business intelligence tools and information management systems. Maintain and analyze large volume of real estate portfolio data to support reporting, benchmarking and analytical requirements for Innovation Scenarios. Prepare performance and scorecard reports to assist business communication and decision making. Perform calculations and analysis for performance reporting, occupancy cost allocation, chargeback, budget variance reporting. Support development of a measurement system or tool to assess awareness, understanding, buy‑in and support of change management activities. Interface with relevant parties to understand business process issues and facilitate innovative solutions; liaise with IT system administrators to resolve field issues. Train field personnel and system users in correct operation of business tools, processes and procedures. Perform ad hoc audits and reporting of key business issues pertaining to client operations. Develop and distribute key process metrics and information to internal customers. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills 1-3 years relevant work experience with a university degree or professional certification (e.g., P. Eng, CMA, CGA or equivalent). Ability to handle large volume of information and accurate management of large datasets. Very strong attention to detail. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Computer proficiency in relational databases, reporting tools, MS Office including MS Access and MS Excel; ability to learn new information management systems quickly.
