For the Privacy Team at lululemon, we recognize that a key to our business is building and maintaining the trust of our guests, partners, and employees. Core Responsibilities Review and monitor law developments, advise business partners as necessary and address potential impact and risk to the company. Provide guidance and recommendations to business partners on appropriate current and pending legislation. Provide counsel on related disputes, including managing external counsel where appropriate and coordinating with appropriate internal teams to defend such matters. Help counsel the business with respect to applicable legal matters. Develop and maintain company‑wide guidelines and practices on applicable legal matters. Manage operational components for company compliance. Deliver components of the department roadmap to further legal capability maturity. Qualifications 4+ years of employment legal experience as a practicing lawyer (prior in‑house experience preferred). Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent organizational skills. Good judgment with an understanding of when to ask for guidance or input. Excellent analytical, written, verbal, research, and communication skills. Solid understanding of the difference between remote and real risks. Knowledge of employment law across Canada is a must. US and/or Mexico employment laws or general litigation experience are assets. Must Haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. Compensation and Benefits Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $128,900‑$169,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
