Specifically for the Privacy Team: At lululemon, we recognize that a key to our business is building and maintaining the trust of our guests, partners, and employees. a day in the life - Review and monitor law developments, advise business partners as necessary and address potential impact and risk to the company Provide guidance and recommendations to business partners on appropriate current and pending legislation. - Provide counsel on-related disputes, including managing external counsel where appropriate and coordinating with appropriate internal teams to defend such matters. - Help counsel the business with respect to applicable legal matters. Develop and maintain company-wide guidelines and practices on applicable legal matters. - Manage operational components for company compliance. - Deliver components of the department roadmap to further legal capability maturity. qualifications - 3+ years of employment legal experience as a practicing attorney (prior in-house experience preferred). - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent organizational skills. - Good judgment with an understanding of when to ask for guidance or input. - Excellent analytical, written, verbal, research, and communication skills.
