Job Title: Senior Change Manager Location: Fredericton, NB ( Onsite-Based with Limited Remote Work ) Duration: 2 yr Contract – Full Project Duration About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager (CM3) to lead change management efforts for a major provincial healthcare initiative in New Brunswick. The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the adoption of new processes across multiple organizations to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Change Management Plans , specifying the approach, key actions, and schedule required to enable successful transformation. Conduct Change Impact Assessments to evaluate how processes, people, and technology will be affected, and implement strategies to minimize disruptions. Maintain Engagement and Communication Plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed, consulted, and actively engaged throughout the change process. Identify key influencers and change champions to support adoption across impacted groups. Support the development of Training Strategies and Plans , including onboarding and training materials to enable effective adoption of changes. Contribute to Benefits Realization and program evaluation to ensure project outcomes and goals are achieved. Facilitate stakeholder readiness assessments to understand capacity and willingness to adopt change. Mandatory Requirements University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in IM/IT or related environments. Minimum 5 years of experience leading change management on large, complex transformational projects involving multiple organizations and extended project timelines. Written and spoken bilingual competence in English and French. Must be located in New Brunswick ; primarily onsite in Fredericton with occasional hybrid work. Demonstrated Skills Extensive experience applying industry-standard change management methodologies and best practices. Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, engagement plans, and communication strategies. Experience performing readiness assessments and mitigating change resistance. Strong skills in assessing change impacts on business processes and technology solutions. Track record of engaging stakeholders effectively and building organizational change champions. Experience creating onboarding and training tools to support change adoption. Ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff. Previous experience in healthcare or eHealth initiatives is highly desirable. Certification in Change Management is an asset. Work Location & Travel Office space with current technology and information access will be provided in Fredericton, NB . Primarily onsite , with occasional hybrid work considered. Occasional travel for face-to-face meetings may be required within the province.
